Palacio del Camino Real – Rioja Alta

Made from a selection of old vineyards from the Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta and Graciano varieties, these classic wines are aged in French and American oak barrels. The region of the Rioja Sonsierra is in the heart of the area covered by the DOCa Rioja, inside the Rioja Alta, the exceptional conditions for growing vines having generated a wine-producing tradition that is still alive today.

The Rioja Blanca Barrica is 100% Viura and spends 2 months in French oak. The 100% Tempranillo is from 60 to 70 year old vines and spends 6 months in new barrel. The Crianza is from old terraced vineyards of Tempranillo, Grenache and Graciano aged for 18 months in French and American oak. The Reserva is a blend of Tempranillo and Graciano aged for over 20 months in oak before extended bottle aging. The Gran Reserva blend of Tempranillo and Graciano is in oak for 30 months and bottle for more than 4 years before release.
