After training as a sommelier, Christophe Regi honed his expertise working with famous Michelin starred chefs like Alain Ducasse at the Louis XV in Monaco and Yves Thuriés at Cordes-sur-ciel. With 25 years’ experience in the world of wine and champagne, he decided to go out on his own and create this signature brand of Champagne. The origin of Christophe Regi’s grapes is paramount. They come from Ambonnay, Aÿ, Bouzy on the Montagne de Reims and Avize, Cramant, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-oger in the Côte des Blancs. The extended sur lie aging process of five years minimum for the Brut and seven years for the Ultra Brut infuses them with a range of exceptional aromas - white flowers, stone fruits and toasted hues - making Regi Champagnes wines of character.
Champagne REGI Extra Brut Grand Cru NV
13% abv
Vol- 75cl
An extremely elegant bouquet reminiscent of spring, marked by citrus fruits, white flowers, and fresh almonds. It is characterised by an upfront, well-structured palate, with initial hints of fresh crisp pineapple later giving way to more lemony and peppery notes. This is a beautifully sculpted champagne with good depth and an unusually long-lasting taste. Be sure to cellar age it for seven years to ensure all of its nuances are revealed
