Ats Tokaji Aszu 50cl 2017

11% abv

Vol- 50cl

Produced from a strict selection of heavily botritysed hand-harvested grapes yielding on 200kg of fruit. After macerating or 16 hours with fermenting Furmint the must is fermented in barrel prior to racking and aging in new 500 litre Hungarian oak. With residual sugar of 192 g/l this is well above the new limit for wines that fall into the 6 puttonyos category (150g/l). As of the 2013 vintage the Puttonyos system has been effectively ended (although it may still be used within the produers discretion). 800 bts micro cuvee.
